As an IT Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology services that support our business functions. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cloud services management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Experience in ITIL processes and understanding of best practices in IT operations.
