Job Overview

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency in our invoicing process and assisting with our AR team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing completed invoices for correct information, uploading them to customer portals, and sending them to clients via email. The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST start time Monday-Friday

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage invoices for plumbing services provided, ensuring all details are correct (such as service performed, pricing, and customer information).
  • Processing all of the previous business day’s invoices by the end of the following work day.
  • Special projects as assigned by the office manager.
  • Duties and responsibilities may change, and new ones may be added, at any time with advanced notice.


Requirements

  • Experience in collections
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience with invoicing, data entry, or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with invoicing platforms, customer portals, or ERP systems is a plus
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
