Job Description:

You’ll be the critical quality control specialist ensuring financial accuracy for a technology-forward company processing thousands of invoices monthly. Working with state-of-the-art AI-powered software, you’ll oversee automated invoice processing while applying your expertise to catch discrepancies and maintain the precision that major corporate clients depend on. This role offers the perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and hands-on financial analysis, with direct impact on the company’s continued rapid expansion.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time with 30-minute unpaid break
• Client Time zone: Eastern Time (US East Coast)

Responsibilities:

• Process and audit approximately 3,000 invoices monthly using proprietary IntelliWaste software powered by ChatGPT Vision 4
• Conduct human verification and quality control of AI-processed invoice data to ensure 100% accuracy
• Perform secondary audits of final billing reports before client delivery, identifying and correcting discrepancies
• Compare invoice PDFs against Excel spreadsheets using dual monitor setup to verify line items and pricing
• Generate consolidated monthly and quarterly reports that must reconcile to the penny with client billing
• Flag unusual or complex invoices for escalation while maintaining optimal processing pace
• Upload processed invoice data into automated accounting and AP systems
• Create custom Excel reports with specific formatting and accounting codes for client system integration

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data manipulation and analytical skills
• Experience with invoice processing, bookkeeping, or accounting functions
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under high-volume pressure
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Dual monitor setup capability for efficient workflow management
• Bonus if you have experience with proprietary software systems or database management
