About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Management & Finance Operations Analyst who has experience with bookkeeping and invoice management to support invoice processing, reconciliation, forecasting, and cost analytics for a growing logistics and operations function. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and visibility across logistics, transportation, vendor, and operational spend. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and asset protection teams, including stakeholders based in the U.S., to validate invoices, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clean, audit-ready records.

Beyond transactional bookkeeping, the role also provides exposure to spend analytics, forecasting support, and variance reporting, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting operations with analytical depth.

Work hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PHT

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

• Process, review, and reconcile invoices related to logistics, transportation, vendors, and operational expenses
• Validate invoice accuracy against contracts, rate cards, shipment data, and purchase orders
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain accurate financial records to support month-end close, audits, and internal controls
• Prepare historical spend data, trend analysis, and variance reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Support logistics and operations cost forecasting by tracking run rates and identifying deviations from plan
• Assist in spend analytics, cost modeling, and forecast-vs-actual reporting
• Maintain invoice aging, accrual, and forecast tracking dashboards
• Identify unusual spend trends or forecast risks and escalate findings
• Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Coupa, Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups), Gemini

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting operations, or financial analysis support
• Experience with invoice processing and reconciliations
• Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or variance analysis
• Experience with D365 and/or Coupa strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work Philippine hours with overlap to U.S. time zones
• Preferred skills:
• Logistics or supply chain finance experience
• Cost forecasting or operational budgeting exposure
• Audit support or internal controls familiarity
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
