As an International Content Writer at [redacted], you will play a critical role in creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for a global audience. This role is focused on developing content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation across key international markets, including the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, with a strong emphasis on fulfillment, logistics, and e-commerce.

You will be joining an accomplished team of writers and will be responsible for researching complex, region-specific topics, crafting compelling narratives, and producing a variety of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, newsletters, and more. This role requires a proactive, high-ownership individual who can manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and consistently deliver high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and write high-quality, original content focused on international fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, and technology, with market-specific insights for the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
  • Develop compelling blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, email campaigns, landing page copy, and social media content for a global audience.
  • Adapt messaging to reflect regional nuances, regulatory considerations, and market expectations across international e-commerce and fulfillment ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to create content that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth research on global industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position [redacted] as a thought leader in international fulfillment and e-commerce.
  • Maintain and uphold brand voice, tone, and messaging across all written materials.
  • Work with designers and team to develop visually appealing content formats.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Native or fluent English speaker and writer with impeccable grammar, editing skills, and familiarity with regional language nuances (UK, EU, Canada, Australia).
  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in B2B, ecommerce SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international e-commerce and fulfillment operations, particularly in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp complex, region-specific industry concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and content optimization best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking, with a strong sense of accountability and dedication to excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to develop strategic content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress, Storyblock, etc. and marketing automation/planning tools like HubSpot and Jira.
  • Knowledge of content distribution strategies, including social media and email marketing.
  • Experience writing conversion-focused copy for landing pages and ad campaigns.
  • Competency drafting formal research reports.
