What we’re looking for:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Clio, experience setting KPIs and conducting performance reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, able to convey empathy and clarity in client interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Solution-oriented with good judgment, capable of identifying challenges and presenting viable solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a lean, agile environment, capable of developing resources independently.

Why you should work here:

  • Impactful Work: Join a firm dedicated to making a significant difference in clients lives through compassionate advocacy.
  • Leadership Access: Enjoy direct involvement with firm leaders, driving improvements and strategic processes.
  • Autonomy and Influence: Leverage the opportunity to build and refine intake processes, contributing directly to operational success.
  • Professional Growth: Develop professionally in a dynamic environment with opportunities for skill-building and expanded responsibilities.

Additional perks:

  • Remote Work: The role offers the flexibility of working remotely with standard Central Time hours.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary of $1,800–$2,000 USD per month, reflective of experience and expertise.
  • Technology-Driven: Work with leading legal technology solutions to enhance operations, such as Clio.
  • Schedule and Breaks: Standard working hours with scheduled breaks, allowing for balance and focus during the workday.
