We are looking for a skilled Insurance Quote Specialist to join a U.S.-based insurance agency. This role is crucial in preparing insurance quotes and aiding agents in policy comparisons. The position involves gathering underwriting information, submitting quote requests via carrier portals, and assisting agents in generating precise policy quotes efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare insurance quotes for both new and existing clients
Collect and organize underwriting information from clients
Submit quote requests through carrier portals
Compare quotes from various carriers
Assist agents in preparing policy proposals
Maintain accurate records within agency management systems

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with an insurance agency or brokerage
Familiarity with insurance quoting workflows
Strong attention to detail
Proficient written English communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple carrier portals

Preferred Experience

Experience with agency management systems like Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or EZLynx
Experience in quoting policies such as Homeowners, Auto, Commercial, or Business insurance
