Job Description:

You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients, conducting meaningful conversations that directly impact the agency’s growth and success. This role puts you at the center of the sales pipeline, where your communication skills and professionalism will help identify qualified prospects and create opportunities for the insurance team. You’ll work directly with an experienced insurance agent who values efficiency and understands the importance of having dedicated support to handle the high volume of prospect outreach that drives business results.



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to qualify leads and assess prospect interest levels
  • Perform initial discovery conversations to understand potential clients’ insurance and financial protection needs
  • Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the insurance agent’s calendar
  • Input detailed lead information and call outcomes into the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and follow-up requirements
  • Support recruiting efforts through targeted phone-based outreach campaigns
  • Manage prospect pipeline to ensure consistent flow of qualified opportunities
  • Coordinate with the agent to prioritize high-value prospects and time-sensitive opportunities



Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to conduct engaging conversations with prospects and build initial rapport
  • Basic CRM experience or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable making multiple outbound calls throughout the day
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
  • Bonus if you have any sales or customer service experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with appointment scheduling tools and lead management processes
