Inside Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to manage outbound and inbound interactions across various platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, promoting deals via social media, and coordinating with contractors to drive sales growth.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Total: 40 hours per week Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (Detroit)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and contractors
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and messaging platforms
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Promote product deals and specials
• Post product promotions on Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms
• Follow up with leads and customers to generate sales opportunities
• Assist in growing and maintaining the customer base
• Communicate customer needs and order details to the appropriate team
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace or social media messaging is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or building supply industry is a plus

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
