At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers.

This is a high-activity sales role focused on lead follow-up, qualification, objection handling, and closing. You’ll own opportunities from initial conversation through conversion while maintaining consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.

• Respond quickly to inbound sales leads
• Conduct outbound follow-up with prospects
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare quotes and clearly explain pricing
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Follow up consistently on open opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
• Proven closing and objection-handling ability
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Highly organized, persistent, and disciplined with follow-up
• Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs

• Strong lead-to-customer conversion rates
• Consistent achievement of sales targets
• Fast response and follow-up with prospects
• Strong closing performance
• Clean and accurate CRM records
• No qualified opportunities falling through the cracks
