Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests for information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Assist in developing promotional sales materials to enhance sales communications.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share ideas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales-oriented role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
