Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Support with a strong background in selling tour packages across Asia and European River Cruises. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales and support process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour operations, travel and cruise sales and support.
• Proven experience selling Asian tour packages, particularly Japan, China, Vietnam, and other Asian destinations.
• Experience selling European River Cruises is required.
• Strong understanding of travel operations, booking processes and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to work night shifts.
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and inquiries from travel agents and clients.
• Promote and sell European River Cruise products and related travel services.
• Promote and sell tour packages, particularly to Japan, China, Vietnam and other Asian destinations.
• Assist travel agents and clients throughout the entire booking and tour operation process.
• Process bookings, payments, amendments, cancellations and final payment collections, also with quotations, itineraries.
• Maintain and update customer and booking records in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support as required.
• Support group bookings for tours and river cruises (experience in managing cruise groups is highly desirable).
• Develop and maintain processes that meet client expectations and operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
