Influencer Sourcing And Partnerships Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships Coordinator to build and manage a high-volume creator outreach pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying qualified influencers, executing structured outreach campaigns, and ensuring a seamless handoff to brand partners.

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect lists of creators based on defined sourcing criteria (niche, platform, engagement, audience demographics)
• Conduct high-volume outreach to creators via email and social media platforms
• Manage and track all outreach activity using a CRM or pipeline tracker (Notion-based)
• Execute consistent and timely follow-ups at each stage of the outreach pipeline
• Evaluate creator profiles against brand guidelines and flag qualified candidates for review
• Coordinate contract distribution and track signature status through completion
• Ensure prompt and accurate handoff of signed contracts and creator details to brand partners
• Maintain a dual-source tracking system to prevent duplicate outreach with internal brand teams
• Report weekly on pipeline volume, conversion rates, and progress toward monthly booking targets
• Communicate professionally and clearly with creators throughout sourcing and contracting

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, partnerships, or a similar outreach-driven role
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking outreach status and contract documentation
• Proficiency with productivity and tracking tools (Notion, Google Sheets, or similar CRM platforms)
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft professional, on-brand outreach messages
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate creator content, engagement metrics, and audience alignment
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute effectively with minimal oversight
• Experience working with U.S.-based creator or influencer ecosystems preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok creator landscapes
• Prior experience coordinating contracts or partnership agreements
• Experience using influencer discovery tools such as Modash, Phyllo, or similar platforms

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
