- Remote
- W2 (U.S.) or Contractor (Canada)
- $100K annually
- Schedule Note: This position requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, with coverage extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Applicants must be prepared to work variable hours across weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays to meet operational demands.
Your role is not to pitch a product. It's to build trust with families navigating one of the most critical choices they'll ever make.
Alpha empowers students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, freeing them to develop essential real-world competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are preparing to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each one begins with a single point of engagement: the admissions experience. This is your domain.
You will deliver a premium, personalized service experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional pipeline or scripted exchange. You'll guide the entire admissions process for each family, from initial inquiry through enrollment handoff, providing concierge-caliber service throughout. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, supporting decision-making, and deploying AI-enabled tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on relationships, outcomes, and credibility.
You will transform hesitant parents into passionate supporters and become the person families remember when their child succeeds. If you seek a position where sophisticated service intersects with operational velocity, and where AI is embedded as a foundational principle, submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Assessing inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analytics, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up—ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Utilizing AI-driven tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate touchpoints, and minimize manual effort.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Depending on scripts or inflexible frameworks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Becoming mired in bureaucratic processes—you will not face bottlenecks from cross-functional approvals or delays in decision-making authority.
- Coordinating campus visits, open house events, or admissions programming—your contribution is realized through direct engagement, not event management.
