Implementation Operations Specialist- Fully Remote

Job Summary

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Client is expanding and we’re excited about growing our Operations team with entry-level Specialist, Implementation Operations who are passionate about our mission to change the retirement Fin-Tech space. At a high level, we’re looking for someone who has insane levels of attention to detail and proven ability of juggling multiple priorities at once. You will be key to the Implementation team as you operationally setup the plan platform and ensure it runs at full speed. Prior experience in operations administration would be helpful, although not required.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring the successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the Client platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects.
  • Conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with our partners and clients.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong written/oral communication and organization skills. Think articulate, concise, eloquent. You get the picture.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly learn new processes, contribute ideas, and iterate on solutions as needed.
  • Proven effectiveness at being flexible, creative, team oriented, results-driven and the ability to collaborate in cross functional teams
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required. What’s most important is your ability to quickly understand new concepts and your passion for the work.

  • Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Jira

Hours

45-50 hours per week

9-6pm US-ET

Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone

Compensation

  • Type: Hourly
  • Rate: $5/hour
