Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
Plan and monitor employee performance management systems and professional development programs.
Collaborate with department heads to support organizational objectives and improve efficiency.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Human Resources Director Should Have

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in HR leadership within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
