Job Description:


You’ll be the strategic right hand to a successful business owner, combining your HR expertise with e-commerce operations to drive growth across multiple channels. This role offers the perfect blend of talent acquisition and hands-on business support, where you’ll source top-tier freelance professionals while managing critical Shopify operations. You’ll work directly with leadership on strategic hiring decisions and play a key role in scaling operations across international markets.



Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen freelancers across specialties including email marketing and specialized services
  • Evaluate candidates against specific performance criteria (revenue generation, ad spend management, experience levels)
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment using detailed job descriptions and success metrics
  • Manage Shopify store operations including product imports, inventory management, and platform optimization
  • Negotiate with suppliers and create vendor contracts across multiple countries (UAE, India, Australia)
  • Support landing page improvements and coordinate basic graphic design projects
  • Handle copywriting tasks and content creation for various marketing channels
  • Research and source suppliers, legal services, and specialized contractors internationally
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, data analysis, and project coordination tasks
  • Provide executive assistant support for strategic business initiatives



Requirements:

  • Proven HR or recruitment experience with demonstrated ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly Shopify platform management is a big plus but not necessary
  • Experience with supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
  • Mature professional approach with excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong research skills and ability to find specialized talent across various industries
  • Bonus if you have basic graphic editing skills and copywriting experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with international business operations and cross-border logistics
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail required
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
