Our client is looking for a dynamic HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join their growing marketing agency. Working alongside an existing team member, you will deliver high-quality implementations for a diverse and expanding client base.

Client Overview

A rapidly expanding Australian marketing agency that has recently added HubSpot implementations to its service portfolio. They’re experiencing significant growth in this area and are scaling their team to meet increasing client demand.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, Brisbane, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive HubSpot implementations for the agency’s diverse client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the existing HubSpot specialist to ensure consistent service delivery across all accounts.
• Support the agency’s expanding HubSpot service offerings as they scale their internal operations.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of technical execution while strictly meeting project timelines.
• Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and standardized processes.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations to clients following the initial setup.
• Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead of platform updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience.
• Strong technical proficiency across the HubSpot platform and its various hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing agency or similar client-facing experience is a strong bonus.
• Experience with CRM migrations and complex data management is highly preferred.
