Job Description

Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Oversee vendor performance and address any issues or concerns effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess vendor requirements and ensure service quality.
Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and compliance.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for vendor management.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor operations and relationships.
Support the human resources department in achieving its goals and objectives.

A Successful HR Vendor Assistant Manager Should Have

A background in human resources or a related field.
Experience in vendor management within the retail industry.

Proficiency in handling contracts and negotiations.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
