Job Description

Builds and maintains in-depth expertise in HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
Oversees and supports application configuration, user access, system security, and integrations to align with business requirements.
Assists in the implementation of new software solutions and upgrades to existing systems.
Coordinates user testing for HR systems, including managing timelines, project plans, and implementation activities.
Supports testing of system applications and enhancements as needed.
Provides troubleshooting support and subject matter expertise for HR technology issues.
Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Computer Science (required)
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT, including at least 1 year working in HR
At least 2 years experience as a functional or business analyst on large-scale projects within a global shared services environment (required)
Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and UKG
Strong background in business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development, and software testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability in presentation and facilitation
