Job Description

Provides support to the HRTS Supervisor in system implementations and driving process enhancements.
Contributes to HRTS projects by assisting with analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
Helps maintain and manage enterprise-wide HR technology systems, including applications for time tracking, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, and payroll.
Assists with system configuration, user access management, security, and integrations to meet organizational requirements.
Offers technical support and expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to HR systems and integrations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 2 years experience in Workday HCM configuration and supporting related business processes (required)
Workday certification is an advantage
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with systems such as Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow
