Job Description
- Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Metro Manila location.
- Handle employee performance reviews and provide guidance on career development.
- Monitor and manage employee engagement initiatives to maintain a productive workplace.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
A Successful HR Partner Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR roles within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
