Job Description
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
A Successful HR Officer Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Experience in the Power industry is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Competitive annual base salary between PHP 936,000 and PHP 1,144,000.
