About The Role

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen organizational culture, enhance consultant experience, and support long-term retention. This role oversees culture initiatives, engagement programs, performance management, development pathways, compensation and perks, support-team recruitment, consultant database and contract management, company communications, process improvement, and automation initiatives. The position collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all people-related practices are efficient, values-driven, compliant with regulatory requirements, and consistently implemented across all countries where the Company operates.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Values Enablement

  • Design and implement culture-building programs that reinforce organizational values and promote a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Integrate core values into internal communications and consultant interactions.

Engagement & Retention

  • Develop strategies that improve consultant engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback cycles to gather insights and implement action plans.
  • Plan company-wide events, recognition programs, and activities that foster community and team connection, in partnership with the Marketing team.

Learning, Development & Growth

  • In partnership with the Engagement Specialist, develop and manage programs that support consultant skill development, upskilling, and long-term career growth.
  • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and provide targeted development solutions. Provide these insights to the Engagement Specialist for the creation and improvement of mentorship and coaching programs.
  • Coordinate mentorship and coaching programs to strengthen consultant readiness and performance.

Performance Management

  • Collaborate with managers to implement structured performance management systems aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance concerns and implementing improvement plans.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for the support team, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines that support organizational growth.

Compensation And Perks

  • Oversee fee and perks administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all jurisdictions.
  • Manage compensation programs, including service fee reviews, bonus cycles, and recognition incentives.
  • Oversee consultant perks programs and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive and compliant compensation packages.
  • Coordinate tracking, preparation, and distribution of milestone gifts to consultants in alignment with company policies.

Company Communications Management

  • Oversee internal company communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Manage dissemination of key announcements, updates, and policy changes across all consultant groups.
  • Partner with leadership and the Marketing team to craft communication campaigns that support culture, engagement, and change initiatives.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve CARE Operations processes across all areas of responsibility.
  • Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consultant experience.
  • Evaluate and apply automation tools, workflows, and digital solutions to simplify repetitive tasks and reduce manual workload.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives.

Change Management

  • Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans and guiding consultants through transitions.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to increase readiness and adoption of new processes, tools, or structures.

Consultant Database & Contract Management

  • Manage and maintain the consultant database to ensure all personal, contractual, and work-related information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Oversee contract management processes, including contract issuance, renewals, updates, and expirations.

Compliance, Policies & Records Management

  • Ensure all people operations practices comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Review and refine consultancy contracts, service agreements, and people-related policies to maintain legal and operational alignment.
  • Collaborate with consultants in all countries where the Company operates to ensure consistent implementation of policies and integration of country-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential consultant records in compliance with internal standards and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Talent Operations, or Engagement Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing independent contractors or consultants, preferably in a remote, multi-country environment.
  • Strong background in engagement, retention, performance management, and support-team recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation administration, incentives, and market benchmarking.
  • Working knowledge of personnel databases, contract management, and people systems (HRIS/ATS or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing internal communications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage.
  • Must be residing within the NCR+ area to attend in-person meetings once a week

Work Set-up And Requirements

  • Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
