Job Description

The HR Generalist holds a pivotal role within an organization's human resources department, responsible for managing various HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes efficiently and sensitively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure constructive feedback is given.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that comply with employment regulations.
  • Mediate employee disputes and provide effective conflict resolution support.
  • Organize training and development programs tailored to employee needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide support in employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Handle requests from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee benefits administration and address employee queries on compensation.
  • Participate in HR projects to improve processes and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate employee disputes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment management systems is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
