Job Description

The Human Resources Executive position is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will leverage your skills to manage and enhance our human resources policies and programs. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The aim is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. You will work closely with management to meet organizational needs and foster a healthy work environment where employees can bloom. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the most suitable candidates are recruited.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and look for competency gaps in the organization.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and documentation.
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports from the database as required by management.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new policy initiatives, and ensuring superior workplace conditions.
  • Work cross-departmentally to analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience as HR Executive or a related HR position for at least three years.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases for efficient HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, and critical thinking and to manage stress.
