Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff on various topics.
  • Handle employee on-boarding, orientation, and induction processes efficiently.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies consistently.
  • Facilitate performance management processes to enhance employee productivity.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and handle grievances in a timely manner.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Collaborate with teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role for at least 3 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with HR software and databases for efficient data management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
