Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Compliance Coordinator with experience in the disability and/or community services industry, particularly with NDIS-related operations. This role requires strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, onboarding and training processes, staff engagement, and internal audits. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage HR functions end-to-end while ensuring compliance with NDIS and Australian workplace regulations.
