• Communicate clearly with event hosts and customers

• Scheduling

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Background in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Customer Care Leadership.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with team collaboration.

• Familiarity with onboarding and customer service activities.

Monday to Friday

8 AM to 8 PM EST Availability
