Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Sales Representatives to conduct outbound outreach to U.S.-based doctor clinics. This role focuses on professional, educational conversations with healthcare practitioners and requires prior experience selling or providing education within the healthcare space.

This is a full-time, remote role, starting as a 4–6 month contract to evaluate performance and long-term fit.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 0-6pm EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctor clinics and healthcare practices across assigned U.S. states

• Work from provided clinic lists and independently source additional clinics online

• Deliver clear, professional, and compliant educational messaging to healthcare practitioners

• Build rapport with clinic staff and decision-makers

• Identify opportunities and progress conversations toward agreed outcomes

• Meet daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets

• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM

Requirements

• Proven experience calling on healthcare practitioners or medical clinics

• Background in healthcare sales, medical sales, or healthcare education

• Professional phone presence with strong communication skills

• Ability to conduct educational, consultative conversations (not aggressive sales)

• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

• Strong research and lead-generation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into U.S.-based healthcare clinics

• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools

• Previous remote sales experience

• Full-time, remote role

• Initial 4–6 month contract, with potential for extension based on performance
