Role Overview:

A leading healthcare and aged-care recruitment firm in Australia, dedicated to helping candidates grow their careers and building strong industry connections.

Our client is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Support Professional to assist the Director and Associate Director with daily operations and recruitment activities. This role blends administrative tasks with direct involvement in permanent recruitment, offering a great opportunity to support a growing organization.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 4.41, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (West Perth, WA)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Associate Director.
  • Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and organize meetings.
  • Screen candidates and prepare shortlists for review.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain records and update candidate information in databases.
  • Assist with documentation, compliance, and onboarding tasks.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in personal assistant, administrative, or recruitment support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment systems is a plus
