Healthcare Outreach And Appointment Setter

Overview

We are seeking a confident and professional Healthcare Outreach & Appointment Setter to support business development efforts for a growing home care agency. This role focuses on conducting outbound calls to healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, osteopaths, and other healthcare providers to introduce the company’s services and build referral partnerships. The ideal candidate is personable, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with medical professionals while maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up processes.

Schedule:

• EDT Monday to Friday with breaks 4 paid hours per day flexible within daytime

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, osteopaths) to introduce the agencys home care services
• Secure and schedule in-person meetings between healthcare professionals and the companys management team
• Clearly articulate the agencys value proposition and how referral partnerships benefit both parties
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments in the companys CRM
• Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to a meeting
• Provide regular progress reports on call volume, conversion rates, and booked appointments

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales,
• Experience in the healthcare industry (must)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
• High level of attention to detail when logging call data and scheduling meetings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using phone dialer systems and CRM tools
