Manage patient communications and scheduling for a dual-office healthcare practice serving both adult and pediatric patients. You will be the primary point of contact, so that you can coordinate two locations using Dentrix software.

Tuesday 9am-2pm (EST)
Wednesday 9am-8pm (EST)
Thursday 9am-2pm (EST)
Friday 8am-2pm (EST)
Saturday 8am-2pm (EST)

Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls for both adult and pediatric office locations
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix practice management software
Access and coordinate schedules for multiple doctors across both office locations
Process digital payments and handle payment confirmations through online systems
Conduct patient qualification calls and manage basic administrative tasks
Handle call management during office closure days and coordinate call redirections
Maintain professional communication with patients and provide scheduling support
Coordinate between two office locations that share resources and staff
Requirements
Experience with Dentrix practice management software (required)
Previous healthcare front desk or receptionist experience preferred
Strong phone communication skills and professional patient-facing demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage schedules for multiple locations simultaneously
Comfortable with digital payment processing systems and basic medical terminology
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote operations
Bonus if you have experience coordinating between multiple office locations
It helps if you’re familiar with pediatric and adult healthcare environments
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
