Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Relationship Managers to achieve branch and retail banking targets.
Oversee the development, marketing, and performance of liability products (savings accounts, deposits, and other retail banking products).
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance branch operations and customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Retail Banking Should Have

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing branch operations or business relationship teams.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing liability products.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
