Job Description

Fleet & Maintenance Operations

  • Lead and manage national fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime and lifecycle value
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards across all locations
  • Oversee service centers, workshops, and third-party vendors to ensure quality and cost control


Strategic Planning & Cost Management

  • Define national fleet and maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Control operational budgets, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures
  • Analyze fleet performance metrics (TCO, downtime, fuel efficiency, maintenance spend) and drive improvements
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, and OEMs


Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional and site-level operations, service, and maintenance teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, procurement, safety, HR) to support business needs
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical fleet and service issues


Process Improvement & Digitalization

  • Standardize processes, SOPs, and best practices across all regions
  • Drive digital initiatives such as fleet management systems, telematics, and predictive maintenance tools
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives


The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in logistics, in-house fleet management, and maintenance
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards applicable to fleet operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
