Job Description

Lead the execution of global total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits strategy.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global reward policies and compliance with local regulations.
Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for competitive compensation structures.
Manage the administration and communication of employee benefits programs.
Oversee the design and implementation of performance-based reward initiatives.
Ensure the accurate reporting and auditing of compensation data.
Act as a subject matter expert for total rewards policies and practices within the organization.
Partner with HR and leadership teams to support organizational goals through effective reward strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Global Total Rewards Operations Lead Should Have

Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making.
Familiarity with global reward frameworks and regional labor laws.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
