Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet guest needs proactively and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and inquiries about company offerings.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure guest issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional amenities and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service strategies and protocols.
  • Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and recommend effective improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to enhance guest service operations.
  • Prepare and deliver personalized welcome messages or notes for VIP guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently without supervision.
