We’re looking for one exceptional operator someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn relationships into real revenue.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $4.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 15 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Montréal, QC Eastern time l Flexible

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Influencers & Affiliate Partnerships

• Identify and recruit creators aligned with premium parenting and lifestyle
• Structure performance-based partnerships tied directly to revenue
• Build long-term relationships that consistently convert, not one-off posts

Retail & Distribution Partnerships

• Open doors with premium retailers, specialty chains, and distributors
• Manage early-stage outreach, sampling, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Turn conversations into new, repeatable sales channels

Requirements

• Experience managing retail + ecommerce hybrid accounts
• Proven success opening premium retail channels, from boutique to big-box
