Growth Marketing Specialist Ad Funnel And Automation

Overview:

This role focuses on managing high-impact paid ad campaigns, building sophisticated funnels and automations, and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies to drive growth. We are looking for a self-driven professional with strong experience in digital marketing and CRM platforms who can effectively leverage AI tools to maximize lead generation and workflow efficiency.

Schedule:

• Flexible working hours with a required daily check-in meeting at 8:00 AM EST

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, video ads, and other digital platforms)
• Build and optimize funnels and automations using tools like GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and KPIs
• Work with AI tools to enhance workflows, generate content, and improve efficiency
• Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and QA before campaigns go live
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Take ownership of projects with minimal supervision and proactively suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or growth marketing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with: Facebook Ads / Paid Media and Funnels / CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of workflow
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of independence
• Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and ability to provide clear updates and reporting
