Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: M-F CST
Compensation: $1,200–$1,800/month + performance bonuses based on KPIs; reviews every 90–120 days

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our online marketing initiatives. This is a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and report on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Create, update, and schedule content across social media platforms and Google Business Profile.

• Build and edit simple landing pages and support website updates, including basic SEO and blog formatting.

• Track leads, conversions, and maintain simple KPI dashboards to monitor marketing performance.

• Generate graphics using Canva templates and assist with email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.

• Support referral outreach to OB/GYN offices and women’s health partners.

• Follow existing SOPs, collaborating closely with the CEO to prioritize weekly initiatives.

• Maintain ownership of marketing execution, analyzing results and implementing improvements to optimize performance.

Tools & Platforms:

• Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Business Profile

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager preferred

• Ability to follow structured processes, meet deadlines, and work independently

• Experience in healthcare, professional services, or mental health marketing is a plus

Success Metrics:

• Lead intakes and conversion rates

• Overall marketing performance and growth in inbound client volume

Goal:
Help fill clinician caseloads, increase inbound client volume, and support brand growth as we scale throughout 2026.
