Tapi is a high-growth SaaS company revolutionising property maintenance with innovative software solutions. With a strong presence in New Zealand and Australia, we help property managers streamline their operations through seamless automation and smart integrations.

We built an engine. Now we need someone to drive it.

Tapi is a fast-growing property management software company on a mission to be the operating system that coordinates the care of every home. We operate across Australia, New Zealand, and were pushing into UK/Europe.

Marketing at Tapi is a growth engine - not a service desk. We move fast, use data to make decisions, and ship things that work. But heres what actually drives us: we dont chase wins. We build the systems that make wins repeatable. Anyone can have a good month. Were building a machine that compounds.

The channel is validated. The system is built. Now we need someone to own it, scale it, and make it even better.

This isnt a "manage the agency" role. This is a "you are the engine" role.

Youll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with sales and customer success to make sure what were building in marketing actually moves the business forward.

What youll actually be doing

Running paid media across our market segments

Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn. Day-to-day campaign management, audience testing, creative briefing, budget pacing, and weekly optimisation. You watch the numbers daily and you act on what they tell you - without waiting to be told.

Building and owning marketing automation

HubSpot is your home base. Youll build workflows, email sequences, lead scoring, and enrichment pipelines that make the sales teams life easier and capture demand faster. You love a well-built workflow almost as much as a well-performing ad.

Running experiments and growth initiatives

Warm outbound, CRO on landing pages, new channel tests. You treat marketing like a system - find the constraint, design the test, measure the result, iterate. Repeat forever.

The stack

Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Clay, PostHog, Webflow, Linear. You dont need to know all of them - but you need to be the kind of person who picks up a new tool on a Tuesday and is dangerous with it by Thursday.

AI tools arent optional here. Theyre how we move at the speed we move.

Youre probably right for this if...

  • Youve run paid campaigns and you know what good looks like - and more importantly, what bad looks like
  • You make ten decisions a day without needing someone to sign off on each one
  • You find broken processes offensive and fix them before being asked
  • Youre commercially wired - you think in pipeline and revenue, not clicks and impressions
  • You use AI tools to do in two hours what used to take two days

  • You need a detailed brief to feel comfortable starting
  • You prefer deep specialisation in one narrow channel
  • You treat automation and AI as optional extras
