Growth Marketer Cold Email Outreach

About the Role:

Are you obsessed with finding new ways to grow? Do you see cold email not as spam, but as a scientific process of starting valuable conversations at scale?

We are looking for a true Growth Marketer to own our clients cold outreach engines. This isnt your typical email marketing job. We need a data-driven individual who can blend creative copywriting with technical know-how to build, test, and scale our lead generation programs from the ground up.

Youll be our expert on the entire outreach funnel—from digging into client value propositions and finding the perfect audience, to setting up the technical infrastructure, A/B testing copy, and analyzing the data to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.

This Role Is for You If:

You have a proven trackrecord of managing and scaling B2B cold email campaigns.

You are a strong, persuasive copywriter who understands the psychology of a cold email.

You are deeply analytical and live in the data; youre comfortable with spreadsheets, metrics, and building reports.

Youre a technical problem-solver who understands email authentication (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and deliverability best practices.

You have hands-on experience with sales automation tools (especially Apollo, or similar platforms like Outreach, Smartlead, etc.).

Youre naturally curious, proactive, and thrive on the challenge of finding scalable ways to grow a business.

What Youll Do (The Growth Challenge):

Build & Optimize the Machine: You wont just run campaigns; youll build the system. This includes the full technical setup of new domains and mailboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and managing the warm-up process to ensure elite deliverability.

Run High-Tempo Experiments: Relentlessly test every part of the funnel—from subject lines and body copy to CTAs, audience segments, and send times—all to find and scale what works.

Master the Tech Stack: Wield tools like Apollo to build hyper-targeted lead lists and execute complex, automated sequences.

Be a Data-Driven Storyteller: Go beyond surface-level metrics. You’ll dig into open, click, and response rates to understand why things are working (or not) and present actionable insights to clients in clear weekly reports.

Write Copy That Converts: Research client personas and craft personalized, compelling email copy that breaks through the noise, builds trust, and drives responses.

Own the Numbers: You will be directly responsible for improving key performance indicators and demonstrating the ROI of your outreach campaigns.
