Client Overview: Work with an established UK training company to create professional marketing materials and brand-consistent designs that help promote their specialized driving training programs. You’ll have the opportunity to design conference materials, brochures, and various marketing collateral while maintaining strict brand guidelines. This role requires genuine graphic design expertise using professional tools, as the company values quality and consistency over quick turnarounds.

Job Description: You’ll own the visual identity and marketing materials for a growing training company that makes a real difference in people’s lives. This isn’t about churning out social media graphics – you’ll create professional conference materials, brochures, and marketing collateral that directly impact the company’s professional presence in the training industry. You’ll work with clean brand guidelines and have the creative freedom to produce high-quality work.

Job Highlights

Schedule: Part-time (20+ hours per week) - Flexible hours within UK time zone.

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Design conference materials and professional brochures for industry events
• Create marketing collateral following established brand guidelines
• Produce various graphic design materials as needed for business operations, such as: Paid social and paid search creative, Organic social creative, Landing page layouts and optimisation support, Email design, Lead magnet design (guides, whitepapers, checklists)
• Maintain brand consistency across all design work using black and white color scheme
• Work with professional design software, particularly Photoshop
• Collaborate on design projects that support business growth and professional presence such as:
• Support Conversion tactic improvements
• Work with web developers on page layouts

Requirements:

• University education in graphic design or equivalent professional training
• 5+ years experience in commercial design
• • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused digital work
• • Experience designing for B2B audiences
• • Confident in Figma / Adobe Creative Suite
• • Able to work independently and move quickly
• Desirable:
• • Experience working in-house in a scale-up business
• • Understanding of conversion optimisation
• • Motion or light animation skills for paid social
• Experience creating professional marketing materials and brochures
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
• Bonus if you have experience with conference materials or B2B marketing design
