Graphic Designer

Schedule: (20 hours per week), preferably 12 PM to 4 PM Manila Time (flexible)

Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST)

Hourly Rate: $4.90 per hour, to be paid in the agents local currency

With a growing team of 20+ professionals, they’ve recently completed an exciting brand refresh and are now entering a new stage of growth. You’ll help shape and elevate their visual identity while supporting marketing initiatives that promote innovative clean energy solutions.

As the Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing a refreshed brand identity to life across all company materials. This is your chance to take ownership of a complete brand transformation project and continue supporting creative marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership who values quality design and understands the impact of strong visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing product guides, data sheets, and technical documentation to align with new brand guidelines
• Design and update proposal templates and case study materials for client presentations
• Create visually compelling marketing assets for online campaigns and SEO initiatives
• Establish consistent visual standards across all company documentation and materials
• Collaborate with leadership to make written content visually engaging and professional
• Support lead generation efforts with high-quality design and marketing collateral
• Manage ongoing design projects, including regular case study production
• Work independently while ensuring brand consistency across all outputs

Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing professional capabilities
• Proficiency with Canva and other graphic design platforms or tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to align with Melbourne, Australia business hours for collaboration
• Experience updating and maintaining brand materials within established guidelines
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and project updates
• Bonus: Experience in renewable energy, solar, or technical product industries
• Preferred: Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses during brand transitions
