For this role, our client is in search of a creative Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of consumer product design for brick-and-mortar retail who will be responsible for creating toy packaging design using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have at least one year of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Must have experience in creating consumer product design for toy brick-and-mortar retail and digital creation.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have working proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator (Ai) and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Must be willing to perform other business related needs.
  
  

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Create product design for brick-and-mortar retail and digital creation that align with brand guidelines and retail requirements.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling packaging designs.
• Prepare and deliver AI files for production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into packaging designs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all brand assets to establish a strong brand identity.
• Assist in other design-related tasks during downtime, including but not limited to, creating marketing materials, digital content, ad hoc design projects, and other admin tasks.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Compensation range: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
