Remote, working UK business hours (BST/GMT) | Philippines | Reporting to the Brand Creative Lead
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality assets for the whole business - from show assets, to presentation decks, to website imagery with speed and consistency.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll translate briefs into clear, effective visual assets. We work across a broad range of design needs across the business. From marketing materials and presentations to enablement resources and digital assets. If it’s visual, we design it.

Consistently delivers high-quality, on-brand creative work by applying strong design fundamentals and proactively ensuring cohesive, polished outputs aligned with MEDDICC’s visual standards
Takes ownership of sprint deliverables, communicates proactively on progress and risks, and incorporates feedback effectively while constructively upholding brand standards and project objectives.
Maintains clean, well-structured files and consistent naming conventions, delivering production-ready assets with strong attention to detail and seamless team accessibility.
🧠 What Youll Do
Translate briefs into clear, well-executed visual assets aligned with the MEDDICC brand.
Design a wide range of materials, including customer decks, educational resources, thumbnails, website graphics, icons, and other visual assets.
Produce high-quality, accurate, and on-brand deliverables that are professional and ready for distribution.
🧩 What Were Looking For
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or SaaS/media preferred).
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva is essential to this role.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint design capability (must show before/after examples of decks).
Demonstrated ability to design for multiple formats (print, social, web, PDF, presentation, etc).
Portfolio showing clean, polished execution - strong hierarchy, spacing, typography, color theory and composition.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in B2B SaaS or content-driven brands
Experience designing for LinkedIn-led media brands
Basic understanding of frequently used business tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
