About The Role

  • We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who embodies our company culture and possesses the following individual criteria: a passion for their Craft, a Craving to win, insatiable Curiosity, a Creative and innovative mindset, the Clock Speed to think on their feet, a bias for feedback and Coachability, strong Communication skills, and the ability to be a positive influence on a Culture that we hold dear.
  • As Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be to translate briefs into targeted, effective and inspirational creative. Some of the types of creative you can look forward to getting stuck in with are;
    • Educational PDFs/brochures and documentation for internal stakeholders and customers
    • Marketing assets for MEDDICC MEDIA (our media channel)
    • Assisting with high-quality PowerPoint presentations for our team members
    • Specific marketing campaign collateral across paid and organic media
    • Website graphics and wireframes
  • Due to the global nature of our business, we will require for this position to work on UK time.

Attention to detail is crucial in creating high-quality designs that meet stakeholder requirements and brand guidelines. Your passion for your craft is displayed across various graphic design techniques and mediums.

You have a passion to make MEDDICC a visually aesthic brand whilst always getting across What we Do and Who we Are in a way that reflects us best.
  • Curiosity: You actively seek innovative solutions, experimenting with emerging design trends and techniques, and embrace creative problem-solving. You constantly strive to push boundaries and deliver unique and compelling designs.
  • Creativity: You think outside the box, generating innovative solutions, and contributing fresh ideas. You enjoy creating captivating visual designs that enhance the overall brand. You have an innate ability to merge easy to read digestible documents with our brand.
  • Clock-Speed: Working under pressure is crucial for timely product launches/customer sessions, rapid iterations, and meeting project milestones. We’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachability: You are receptive to feedback, open to learning, and adaptable to new processes or technologies. You should actively seek opportunities for professional development, such as attending workshops, engaging in reviews, and collaborating with other experienced designers in your industry.
  • Communication: You should be able to effectively communicate design concepts, present your work to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into your designs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders are key to achieving cohesive and impactful graphic designs.

Must Haves

  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is essential to this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous for creating impactful external presentations and collaborating with our CEO on visual materials.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging user interfaces, illustrations, logos, and other graphic assets.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work with various file formats and prepare designs for different mediums (print, web, social media, etc.).
  • Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt designs to target audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Basic understanding of frequently used business tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.

  • C8 Interview – Meet two team members from other departments
