Position : Graphic Designer

Work Hours (Client) : Pacific Standard Time (40 hours/week)

Pay Range : $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month  (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America, South Africa, Philippines

Work Location : REMOTE

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor

Company/Client Overview:

Our Client is a media company specializing in YouTube channel management, including video editing and graphic design for thumbnails and posts across various platforms.  

This role is crucial for enhancing the online presence and viewer engagement through visually appealing thumbnails and video content.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching thumbnails for multiple YouTube channels.
• Conduct basic video editing and clipping as needed.
• Collaborate with channel managers to understand specific design needs.
• Emulate existing design styles while adding creative input.
• Self-manage workload and meet deadlines without constant supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 2+ years of related experience 

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills, especially in creating YouTube thumbnails.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).

Nice to have:

• Prior experience working with YouTube or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of trending design styles in the digital content space.
