Support we need from an ideal candidate:

Brand Visual Translator

  • Take client/AM inputs about brand voice, style, and goals.
  • Translate them into consistent, high-quality visuals (A+ content, product images, storefront, ad creatives).
  • Ensure visuals align with Amazon’s guidelines (to avoid rejections).


Conversion Enabler

  • Design creatives that increase click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) — supporting sales growth.
  • Optimize infographics, lifestyle images, and comparison charts to answer customer questions visually.
  • Support the AM’s strategy by making sure design directly impacts performance KPIs.


Client Presentation Support

  • Provide polished mockups, design drafts, and final files that the AM can confidently present.
  • Help the AM tell a stronger story to clients by backing strategies with eye-catching, professional visuals.


Collaborative Partner for PPC & Amazon Specialists

  • Work with PPC Manager to design ad creatives that attract attention and boost campaign performance.
  • Support Amazon Specialist by creating compliant images for listings, storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Ensure consistency across touchpoints — so the AM can present a unified brand image to the client.


Problem-Solver & Innovator

  • Anticipate and prevent design-related roadblocks (Amazon rejections, poor image quality, unclear messaging).
  • Suggest fresh ideas to the AM (seasonal creatives, design trends, enhanced brand storytelling).
  • Make the AM look proactive by delivering creative solutions that impress the client.


Important Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, specifically for eCommerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s design specifications and guidelines for product images, A+ content, storefronts, and ads.
  • Experience designing product listings, including high-quality images, infographics, and enhanced brand content (EBC).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and execute design strategies that align with brand identity and drive customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and content.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing eCommerce designs, particularly for Amazon or other online retail platforms.
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours.
