Job Role: Graphic Designer and Video Editor


Compensation range: $1200 - $1800 AUD / Monthly


Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, youll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a passion for gaming culture and PC hardware. This role will support marketing campaigns across social media, website content, and community platforms like WhatsApp and Discord. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, adapts to evolving trends, and consistently produces high-quality visuals and video content that engage and inspire gaming audiences.

Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom)

• High-End Product Retouching & Detailing: Enhance PC components including cases, GPUs, RGB lighting, and cables while maintaining realistic textures and a premium look
• Advanced Layer & Mask Workflow: Use smart objects, masks, and non-destructive editing for fast revisions on product shots, banners, and ads
• RGB & Lighting Mastery: Create dramatic lighting effects, glows, reflections, and colour accents to highlight RGB builds without over-saturation
• Compositing & Hero Images: Build immersive hero visuals for homepage banners, campaigns, and esports-style imagery
• Colour Theory for Gaming Aesthetics: Apply high-contrast, neon, cyberpunk, or esports-inspired palettes while ensuring brand consistency
• Text & Typography Integration: Place specs, pricing, and callouts cleanly across desktop and mobile formats
• Brand Consistency Enforcement: Maintain consistent lighting, angles, shadows, and colour grading across all visuals
• Fast Turnaround Under Pressure: Deliver polished visuals quickly for flash sales, product launches, and limited-time promotions. Adobe Lightroom Expertise: Batch edit product photos efficiently, maintain consistent colour profiles, ensure accurate colour calibration, control exposure and detail, create and manage presets, and integrate workflows with Photoshop
  
  
  

• Short-Form Content Mastery: Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts tailored to gaming audiences
• Fast Editing Turnaround: Produce multiple high-quality videos per day, including during product launches or peak sales periods
• Beat-Synced Editing: Cut clips to music beats, drops, and sound effects for maximum engagement
• Motion Graphics & Text Animation: Create dynamic animations for specs, prices, FPS numbers, and feature highlights
• Colour Grading for Gaming Content: Enhance contrast, saturation, and lighting for high-energy visuals
• Product-Focused Storytelling: Clearly showcase builds, cooling, airflow, RGB, and cable management in a visually engaging way
• Sound Design Awareness: Integrate sound effects, transitions, and music to enhance professionalism
• Trend Adaptation: Quickly adapt viral formats, transitions, and memes while maintaining brand professionalism
  
  
  

• Strong understanding of gaming culture and PC hardware
• Ability to collaborate with marketing across platforms such as WhatsApp and Discord
